ProSkin Appointment Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, THIS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
We promise to make every effort to accommodate your needs and provide the best treatment results. We fully understand that last minute emergencies arise which require adjustment or cancellation of an appointment. Please be considerate of our time and promptly notify us of your need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Appointments are booked first come first served.
- We will not schedule any appointments via email.
- We will accept cancellations via email, but you must call to reschedule.
- Clients are responsible for recording and keeping an appointment. Not receiving a reminder is not an excuse for missing an appointment.
- Clients will be allowed 1 cancellation within less than 24 hours without charge if ProSkin is notified prior to the appointment. 2nd such cancellation will be charged $50.00 payable prior to the next treatment.
- Clients will never be charged or penalized for an appointment cancellation with more than 24-hour notice.
- No-Show Clients (no notification) will be charged $50.00 payable prior to the next treatment.
- No-Show Clients with prepaid treatments or vouchers will forfeit the treatment(s) for which they failed to appear.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule (dependant on service time allotted). Please let us know asap if you are going to be late.
Please understand that this policy is in place to allow us to better serve all clients. Last minute cancellations and no-shows are very costly and do not allow us to fill schedule vacancies. We are committed to maintaining an affordable pricing structure and keeping our scheduled filled benefits all.
